It has three pieces which are made out of plastic. One piece is the base to hold the other two pieces on top of it and there’s also an electronic screen between them that displays what you’re calculating. This product gets good reviews overall from customers but some people were disappointed because they had hoped this would be multi-purpose so that they could use it as a basic calculator in school or work along with their digital camera (as one customer stated).
On average though this product comes away with 3.9 stars out of 5 on Amazon because no one really seems to have a problem with it at all apart from having wished for more functionality than just being able to do math/science calculations quickly without having to get up and go find another device like your phone or laptop computer
